Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

How it works:
Send your item back to us with a request for your new size/color. Once received, we’ll ship your requested item at no additional charge and email you the new tracking number.
Return shipping:
You may use any carrier or request our discounted return label for $9.95 (optional).
Processing time:
1–5 business days after your exchange is delivered to our warehouse.
💰 Refunds
Return shipping:
You may use your own carrier or request our $9.95 label (we’ll deduct $9.95 from your refund if you use our label).
Original shipping:
Shipping paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Processing time:
Refunds are processed 1–3 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued.
